What's up folks. What does everyone prefer for a grease gun? Having never owned one before, I am slowly loading my vehicles up with serviceable suspension components and going to need to greasethem. There's $14 guns at auto zone then there's pneumatic ones. What's a good one for a garage self maintenance guy like myself?

I heard Mobil 1 and Amsoil produce grease too, being a big Amsoil fan I naturally feel I should use their stuff. Opinions?

Thanks!

Not sure if you have a compressor but this is the one I have and love it

Also,I put a flexible hose on it.I've had it for maybe fifteen years and still working great.

Don't remember paying $50 for it though :dunno:

I have a Snap-On. Lincoln makes a great one, and pistol grip is the way to go.

AMSOIL! Just used it last night do do my truck :D2

Darren, I got this grease gun and it works great. Easy to use and it takes the 14oz cartridge of grease. I just put AMSOIL's Multi-Purpose Grease and hit up all my zerks on the vehicles and my lawn mower.

That one looks good. Flexible hose, hand operated, pistol grip.

I'm not a fan of pneumatic or electric ones. They are great if you have to grease a lot of zerks often, but they can be very problematic.
