I used mine so much that I had to replace the the circular saw and the drill only had one speed. And I was using mine every day for rehabbing houses.

A friend gave me the 14.4 drill after he dropped it & cracked the case at the handle right where the trigger is...so being mr. fixit I took it apart,found the prob and put it back together...the for/rev switch is gone now but by using a tiny flat blade screwdriver I can reach the little prong that changes the direction,still works great
