yes it is. insulated. vent doors you can open or close and the little top box part is half toolbox half gun box it will hold 2 guns . it is mostly carrying dogs and holding dead birds though

Sweet toolbox, man. Looks very durable. Truck looks good, too. I've always been a fan of those wheels on lifted F150s.
