Maybe a stupid question...but...
Have you called XM and gave them the radio number??
They have to send a signal to turn on the module INSIDE the radio before it will work...

Fixed the xm. Had the cable in the wrong port on the adapter box.

Me too! i just got mine fixed, my Xm antennae had failed.
