That's not a bad looking Ranger. A buddy of mine has one. He swears by it.

Thats a good little motor, not the most powerful but very reliable and decent on gas, I've had two of them, electric fans are a popular mod for them, my 2wd definitely picked up power when I installed a flex-a-lite black magic fan, lots of guys use an electric fan and controller from older ford taurus, easy to find in a junk yard
They are known to where out the cam sychronizer (cam position sensor), that is what cause the early death of my 4wd, but it only paved the way for my 5.0 swap

By whatever means necessary …
I do plan to leave it alone for now. Other than little things to help it run better that it. I did get hired but now I am looking elsewhere.
i have a couple of fan assemblies from some Mark 8's. I was going to try and fit one of them in there. If not I will be using one from a Taurus as well.
