Ceramic pads will fix it. I love those things. Put a set on my company car Ford Explorer at about 95K (it used to squeak at every stop). Haven't had to touch it since. I'm at 160K now and they are still nice and quiet. I bet I get another 30K out of them easily.

Not terribly expensive and worth every penny.
