OK J received a PM. He's getting the PN for the brackets, there's 8 of them. Remove upper plastic bumper, lower valance, and the GM SS cover slides over the core bumper. The 8 brackets bolt directly into the factory bumper core. Bolt it together and viola. It cost him a grand total with a used GM SS cover and brand new OEM parts.

Since I have a hookup for prep and paint (dad, lol) the cost should be roughly almost the same with a new GM cover, but it depends on what core bumper brackets need replaced. I need to compare the total price with shipping on a cover from GMpartsdirect compared to a dealer with no shipping.
