The reason it's so expensive is partly due to the chrome bumper, and partly due to the amount of brackets, braces, and retainers used for everything, which are screwed up.

People on PT.net are saying the Street scene covers screw in and are junk. :lame: People seem to have differing opinions tho

I've been researching the SS covers, and don't like the idea that they use screws to hold it in. I do love the look of putting the OEM fog lights in the vents tho

Well that's good to know too, I thought I had read that the Street Scene covers used 2 screws to attach them. When you get it all figured out I'm gonna take notes and probably do something similar. Right now appearance has taken a back seat.

For now I just need to find out what needs replaced. The $$$ left over will determine what cover. If there's enough left over I'll buy a GM cover and brackets, if not work with a street scene. PM'ing a guy on PT.net now, he's running a GM SS cover with brackets and clips. This is a much bigger pita than expected, lol.
