Why buy new when you can restore?
All this was actually done in January 2010. Just thought I'd add it to the site

2x Vibrant 1194A Standard Oxygen Sensor Bung =================== $5.40 ea.

I just thought this was cool.
Well, after 3 and 1/2 days of not having my truck, I finally got it back. The original estimate was to have it done in 1 day...oh well.
14 hours of labor were spent on my truck, but they guy stuck to his quoted price of $400 (the guy said he'd never quote a job like this again).
Ended up adding to the bill 8 3-bolt stainless steel flanges, 1 O2 bung, and miscellaneous hangers/isolators.
Total installation bill: $582.36
Plus I owe a friend for 5x 45 degree bends and 4x 90 degree bends at $8 each: $72
And I have about 2 1/2 feet of T304 tubing left. Pretty d*** close.
The reasoning behind 8 3-bolt flanges is that the guy recommended it so that the system could be taken out in the future.
There are 3 sections: headers to behind cats; after the cats (intermediate pipe) to after the mufflers; tailpipes.
Well, the two MagnaFlow pre-bent tailpipes did not fit properly. They had to be cut, twisted, and/or bends added (any combination of these).
I am very happy with how things turned out.
It looks and sounds amazing.
It is actually pretty quiet in the cab.
I took a few pictures of the installation with the truck up on the hoist and tried to take a video of the whole thing.
They're not the greatest (really bad lighting; shadows).

The New
Here's a video from right after all this was done.
