Ok guys, I have a gasket/washer issue. I want to finish my HID projector retrofit as found here: http://www.jrrod2004.com/silverado/hidretrofit.html

I am in need of a gasket or washer that can meet the following specifications:
Rubber/Plastic/Metal composition
Outside Diameter of 3 inches
Inside Diameter of 3/4 inch
Thickness of 1/4 inch or thicker.
Temperature range of 0 degrees to 250 degrees Fahrenheit.

Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated

It might be pretty hard to find one pre-made. I'd just make my own. It would probably be easier to find the right raw material then just cut out the needed size.

McMaster-Carr is a great place to find anything.

Huh? Did you need help searching for something else? Or do you mean you found it on McMaster?

It looks like I might have found the gasket as well....I am trying to find some good rubber to close up the gap and make it waterproof as well and handle the temps....
