I find that if I cut back to just 4 or 5 wide open throttle runs per day I save quite a bit of gas.

I know the feeling.Well everyone knows that Big Oil bought all the Tornado's and put them in a secret warehouse in New Mexico.

It's true! I've seen it, the warehouse is about 30 miles east of Carlsbad. They say they're storing low yield radioactive waste, but it's actually Tornado's. They're even putting them 1/4 mile under ground so no one will find them in the future.
On a more serious note: the way I look at all this shit, if it only costs 50 cents to 2 bucks to make (Tornado, throttle body spacer, etc) and works as they say they do, automakers would already be using them. I guarantee AFM and all those other things meant to boost fuel economy cost way more than that.

That's what I've always thought too. AFM is about the only thing that manufacturers have found/done that works. Some say the Tornado works and others don't.Well everyone knows that Big Oil bought all the Tornado's and put them in a secret warehouse in New Mexico.

Ditto. With all these technology and such. I am sure car manufactures would have this done already. A light foot and a sotck tuned truck will give you good MPG.![]()
