Fuel pump help!

yes, the port does screw out. It is just an extra port that seems to feed the fuel to the sock filter on the bottom of the bucket. I plugged mine, and have no problems except for the tune.

Ok cool. I think tomorrow maybe I will take the bed off again and check it out. Just any 5mm bolt screws in there?

Will the silicone be OK or will it break down if gas gets on it? I'm talking about what your going to use on the bolt to plug the hole.

Nope not yet, Im still trying to find a new fuel pump and sending unit. I think I would feel better getting a pump without that extra port. Im still trying to find a pump that plugs into that factory pulse dampener thingy. And im on vacation and wont be back for a couple weeks!
