I was going to strip the LineX and see what shape the steel is in underneath.

I've seen s/s steps that look just like NFabs, I should get those.

coming along nice man....this is the bad part about having a nmice truck in the north if not protected rust starts to sneak up on you. Im having my truck undercoated the 18th and they say it gives the truck a 7 year warranty against rust never had it done before so I'll see what it looks like in a couple years.

Oh nice, that sounds solid. Hopefully they stand by their warranty claim. The LineX extra is supposed to be guaranteed for life meanwhile my light is all flat and faded.

Good call, not much need for it down here in our climate. I can see you guys really need it up there with all the salt on the roads and such.

Yeah for the NFabs I can just use cheaper, regular s/s hardware, no high strength ARP hardware needed for that.
