There are some major legit issues with the MyFord Touchy thingy that are not "user error".

Add to that the fact it's terribly designed and not intuitive at all, the ratings are warranted.

A system like that should not have to be "learned". It should be easy enough to use that anyone can use it instantly.

When it takes minutes to change the fan speed, or when you have to dive through multiple confusing screens to change the temperature, it's simply a poor system.

Haphazardly approaching and implementing these systems just so you can say you have it is a very short-sighted and, frankly, dangerous practice.

FWONk yeah, all these touch-screen features should be easier to use. If all those features were developed from geeks to geeks it wouldn't be something the average Joe would take a benefit but would still be paying for...

i really don't see how the snyc is that hard to operate. maybe i am above average intelligence? i seriously doubt that!!!

I haven't heard about the complaints with the Sync, but it seems the F150's are suffering from some seal leaks and shifting problems as was mentioned earlier. Who knows, who cares?
