Maybe look for a bigger splash guard from a larger vehicle and trim it down. Someone suggested doing some fiberglass to fill the gap. I'm not sure yet.

I bought some 18ga CFE sheet metal. Its plenty sturdy for a splash guard but east enough to flex to get the curvature I need for the wheel well. I took some measurements and I think I can fab something up. I need to cut part of the stock splash guards but don't want to do so until I get the new fenders back. The paint guy said that will be this Tuesday.
