Came out looking new!

FYI, I have also had great success using Dupli-Color Bumper Coating on plastic parts. It sticks like glue and has a factory fresh looking finish. Comes in several colors too. How long does the Fusion work? I might have to try some.

Never heard of it, but thats cool! The Krylon Fushion has bonded to every plastic trim without chipping so its always treated me right, with proper adhesion promotion, priming, painting, and clearing. The only thing its chipped on is my originally chrome Roush grill.

Good info. Imma gonna buy some Fusion and experiment.

I've used the bumper coating on bumper covers and flares on my Jeeps and even high pressure spray at the car wash getting off the bugs hasn't harmed it.

I used Krylon Fusion on my front bowtie. I'm gonna have to repaint it this spring. It's held up alright for a couple years but there are a few chips and knicks in it.

Anything that holds up for a couple of years on the front of a truck gets my vote.

I tested fusion on some smooth plastic with out sanding it or anything else and it didn't chip or anything...that also was just a piece of spare plastic I had lying around

Fusion works excellent on plastics of any grade or type, but chromed plastic is what it does not seem to bond to. Ya really need to sand the hell out of it.
