Most of the install was pretty easy. The only thing that gave me trouble was the lower alternator bolt. It was just long enough that it didn't come all the way out because it hit the fuse panel bracket. So I had to unbolt the damn fuse panel. That was a chore in itself (thank god I had a U-joint). Then re-installing it, the damn same bolt was giving me problems going back in. :fume:

Now the SES light has come back on after driving it for more than 3 days with these headers on. I guess I will have to get a spacer for the rear O2 sensor. I figured I would probably have to get one. Just tried to see if I could get away without one. That didnt last long.
Didn't Jarrod have a thread on here about buying one for his white truck? :dunno:
