Hey Dan, I just wanted to thank you for getting me those part numbers for the header studs and nuts. Installed mine last night and those studs sure made things easy for one person.

Hey Dan, I just wanted to thank you for getting me those part numbers for the header studs and nuts. Installed mine last night and those studs sure made things easy for one person.
No problem.
They like to back out of the heads when you try to take the nuts off, though.
I think three of mine stayed in the heads, and they were all on one bank.
How are you liking the LTs?
I love the way they look and sound, I haven't driven it yet so I will know more later tonight. They do sound mean though and Jet-Hot did a great job on them, I ran them through a couple of heat cycles and checked all the connections. So far so good. I am dog tired though, it took 12 hours to do them.
Biggest hold up was the darn stock Y pipe and collector bolts. I finally said FwonK it and broke out the sawzall.
Went pretty smooth after that.

I got lucky as HELL with my manifold studs. ALL SIX nuts came off without breaking any studs. Those were the six things I was expecting to break on this whole swap.
All the manifold bolts came off on the passenger side, too. Haven't tried the drivers side yet, no need.

Good! I didn't want to look for that leak at all.
And Colin said today, that he's going to start on the bumpers on Thursday (he's got a doctor's appt. tomorrow afternoon or something).
