Just in case you haven't seen it... Here's the stock down pipe, lol.

Will the sensor go in the same place on the new one?
If it's made for it, yes, or close enough not to make a difference.... You'd get a more accurate reading if you get a probe put in the manifold, though.

Just got off the phone with Thoroughbred Diesel. I'll have a big ole pile of boxes arriving in the near future!

S&B intake, flo-pro 4" SS catback with muffler, FASS Titanium 95, and PPEI autocal w/ 60HP and TCM tunes.

Thoroughbred didn't want to sell me the 4" catback. They said they'll sell it but they can't guarantee it will work. so we'll see what happens there. I really don't want to take the cat off so we'll see what happens there.

Worst you might have to do is cut the flange off the cat and fab up an adapter...

Gotta go from 3" to 4", lol.

Well...it works on the 15. The change for 15.5-16 is the 3 bolt flange vs vband on the other side of the cat, so this *should* just work. if not, I will force it to work :)

Cat back should be 3 bolt flange... My 2011 was 3 bolt flange... I thought it was just the down pipe that changed styles...

Yes. That is exactly my set up, 15.5, and they told me the same thing. Worked perfect.

Your list is exactly mine, my PPEI tune was an 80HP/100TQ tune, but sounds very similar.

You are going to smile.

I wonder why they sold you the FASS95? They all but forced me on the bigger one. Weird

Edit: I see now, they no longer even MAKE the one I have LOL, the 165 must now fill that gap

I also got the tune and everything from thoroughbred, didn't you get your tune and FASS direct from PPEI?
