I may need to call Justin. I am trying to do the AutoCal Unlock procedure...Aaaaarrrgghh
Mine was uncooperative as well... Unfortunately Blackbear never got back to me about it... However the unlock code worked when my new tuner did it on his machine.

@drperry
Dennis!
Can I do the tune without doing the actual EGR block off?? They sent the wrong kit and I have this thing scattered. Thought the tune may just ignore it
Yes, you can. The only reason I yanked mine was slight coolant leakage, and because it was in the way for the CP3 conversion.

The tune just puts it in the closed position... It might open a sliver on high boost, but yours is new, so it shouldn't.

Awesome thanks. I am neck deep in it! See pic above

This is why I said fWONk it, and cut the exhaust out, lol. But I don't need to put it back.

What a disaster!! Can't load tune getting errors about vin not matching and can't register it to my device

If it didn't unlock properly, the new tunes won't take to the autocal, or you might need the code to link it to the other flashscan...

If you're done all the hardware mods, Call ASAP in the morning to get rolling... Should be able to get up and running quick.

When you look at the tune info in EFI Live (where you select it and load it to the Autocal), it should tell you the VIN it's programming, to compare...

That's how they should run from the factory. :D2

I couldn't imagine. Man I have to stay out of it. Traction control is getting a workout!
There's a reason I told you to delete it when you got it, lol.
Now try it with an extra 100 horse and no traction control, lol.

Seriously though, even just a "stock" tune, deleted is leaps over stock.
