Mine was uncooperative as well... Unfortunately Blackbear never got back to me about it... However the unlock code worked when my new tuner did it on his machine.I may need to call Justin. I am trying to do the AutoCal Unlock procedure...Aaaaarrrgghh

Yes, you can. The only reason I yanked mine was slight coolant leakage, and because it was in the way for the CP3 conversion.Mine was uncooperative as well... Can I do the tune without doing the actual EGR block off?? They sent the wrong kit and I have this thing scattered. Thought the tune may just ignore it

The tune just puts it in the closed position... It might open a sliver on high boost, but yours is new, so it shouldn't.
