Yes the grille is brand new NOS GMC. I have a billet insert I have to swap over from the original. I think this color needs the chrome accent. (that, and color matched grilles take a beating from rocks and bugs) I wanted the truck to remain looking like an '89, thats why I sought out the '88-'89 grille, and kept the quad headlights.
