You plan on pulleying down after you get the injectors dialed in?

Of course. I did some calculations and should be able to go down to a 3in pulley and gain about 7-8lbs of boost. What I don't know is if I'll get belt slip. Put the pulley and pray or spend yet another grand and get a 8 rib set up.

Well changing injectors proved to be quite a task. Couldn't get the passenger side out without taking the blower off.

Im so happy all this "data" that everyone has for these fuckers don't work for me. Even got a copy of that Greg Banish DVD, what useless junk.

Finally got the bitch to run again at 4am this morning, just in time to wake up at 6am and get to work. These Siemens are "easier" to tune. My fuel pressure is lower, now sitting around 65 PSI. I dont know if 5psi makes all the difference, but I can make small changes and get what I want. At part throttle now, my AFR is now close to where I command it and feels more powerful. I got to get my SPA in line and my idle dialed in.

Good build!! Have you looked into the ID1000 injectors? That is what I am running on my Yukon, great for running E85 as well.

Thanks.

I thought about the ID725s or the 1000s. What I already spent wasting on the old injectors, these were out my price range. If I could do it over again, the IDs is what I would go with.
