I figure you'll never really need the warranty until its expired....but I wouldn't blatently void it....just in case.

The only reason I got the extended warranty on my Blazer is I bought it used...
My Camaro isn't likely to get extended warranty...

I don't care about them very much. I bought a Hypertech PP3 for my 04 Sierra when it only had 8,000 miles on it. When I bought my Ford, I made sure I had enough left over spendable cash to get a SuperChips Flashpaq the day after I bought it. 
If I would have done more research before purchasing I would have gotten custom tunes for both trucks instead of using the "canned" tuned you get with an out of the box programmer.

What engine is in the Edge? S&B is another choice to consider. The top two performing intakes on an F150 was the AirForce1, which the company no longer in business, and then S&B was #2.
