My fork seals started leaking so off with forks. One fork had tranny fluid in it and the other had some really nasty grey looking fork oil. Someone stripped the screw on the right fork, I was able to drill it out without damaging the lower fork spring. Ride is so much better now!

I switched out the handle bars too!

Thread update, went with a 2 into 1 exhaust on the bike and a new air cleaner. Removed the screamin eagle factor air cleaner. So much badging on these Harley's.

Talk about power increase! I need to get it on the dyno as I have rejetted the carb. it used to run rich but now it runs pretty clean.

Gonna need some suggestions on replacing the seat, next!

Here are some photos!

I almost went with Thunderheader's but the guy at the harley store has it on his older sporster than mine and he said the only benefit was slightly better numbers on the dyno over the Bassani's. He complained about the quality of them since his has rusted and paint has flaked after a year. I'm glad I got the Bassani exhaust!

Whatever seat you get, if you're going to do long rides, check out: bead rider. you can laugh at me all you want, but I promise I'll still be going strong, hours after you're getting off your bike and limping away :)

No laughing from me (or the wife) She won't go another mile with me, without something. We have been looking at those gel toppers
