Could be due to the new regulations that go into effect in 2013. This has dealers stocking up on trucks early.

I don't believe Ram is going to bring the 1500 back with a Cummins. Maybe some Fiat engine though.

This is more about passenger vehicles than trucks. I don't recall seeing trucks mentioned at all, honestly.

Yeah I might not have read it at all. :lol:

What surprises me is how Diesel sales are rising back there despite the limited options.

For the Ram 1500 the same 3.0L V6 which will be fitted to the Grand Cherokee might be the prevalent option instead of any Cummins or a 4-cyl Fiat, while for the F150 the inline-5 3.2L currently used in the overseas Ranger might be the choice, since it has the same torque of a Triton 5.6L.
