its just something that makes people want it more idk. but if you think about it to have it shaved properly would be expensive.

if i was going to go completely shaved gate i would just use a 99-07 one. just different styles and what people want more. i like it cuz its beefier than my old one.

97 up F150 uses the same gate. You could get a smoothed one!

yea thats the same as the 99-07 one but i like the big ford emblem and the shape of the newer one vs the handle area on the original on i had

Are you gonna get 08 mirrors? I'm thinking about getting a set for my 99 F-350.

thanks man. ive considered it but if i do go with them ill go power fold and telescoping and factory switches which means id want to do the door panels also and your already around 1000-1200 bucks haha
