That's a great looking shop.

It's really incredible. Having complete access to it feels like I'm doing something wrong.

Are you going to swap engines or part out or sell the green one as a roller?

Green truck is being parted out, and then either sold or scrapped. It's in pretty sorry shape.

I stripped almost everything I wanted other than interior parts off the green truck yesterday, the front diff is definitely a pain to get out. Also, if you have fender flares, take them off and see what's underneath every couple years.

Drivetrain stripped the **** out:

The truck looks so sad and pathetic. :(

And this is where it'll sit while I part it out.

Going back to my buddy's shop next weekend to pull the pan and oil pump on the 6.0 and see what caused the loss of oil pressure.

You gonna rebuild the 6.0?

Shouldn't need a rebuild, it lost oil pressure while sitting (somehow) and was never driven only idled, so there should be no bearing issues, and the motor itself only has 65k on it. Gonna still pull the pan and cut up the filter to make sure there's no fuckery going on, and pull the oil pump apart and see why I have no pressure.

Based on the oil that came out of the engine and the lack of any chunks on the drain plug magnet, and the fact that the only noises the engine ever made was lifter noise when it lost oil pressure, I think it's still solid. Will find out in time.
