Yeah enterprise sucks! Bought their "lil" insurance when I rented a car from them and when the service rep. handed me the key he said, "take good care of that car, it's only been rented once".

I was like then why the hell did I buy insurance for!?

I rented one in Chicago, and when I returned it, they said there was a scratch, and would be billing the insurance but I needed to pay the deductible. I showed them on the check out sheet that the scratch was there when i rented it. He said "It says small scratch. This scratch looks bigger than that, so it must have gotten bigger while you had it"

Idiots.

We rented from Enterprise in Chattanooga a few years ago. Real nice car, but noticed that the turn signal didn't work after we left. So I went back and told them. The gal at the desk told me it'd be okay. "If you get pulled over, tell them it's a rental, they'll probably let you off!"

Finally got a different one (only had 1 car left) and it was a POS. The manager when we returned was very apologetic. And I have a free upgrade from there next time I rent a car in Chattanooga

I'm a reasonable guy. I understand things get busy and hectice, but this was just a little too much this morning.

At least I only have to drive it for another 2.5 days . . .

What a moron! "Oh I'll just start backing up and whoever comes near me will stop and just let me out." I hate it that people THINK everyone will just drop what they are doing no matter what.

If I see reverse lights coming out from behind a Full-Size truck, SUV, or van, I'll stop just because I know they can't see a damn thing.

That's what I had done! I had stopped and was waiting for some other dumbass to back out. And then THIS dumbass backs into me!

Probably a graduate of this institution.....
