Unless you're aiming at least at a 5/7 drop, or bagging the truck, i would leave the navi clip out of the picture.

I've never been a huge fan of the front end swaps, but if you must, I'd do the 04-08 F-150 front end swap. That generation Navi front end is starting to look really dated IMO.
