i`m not sure the year of your truck but if you ran some cleaner through the sytem it may have plugged up the fuel filter when you did that, it may have grabbed all the moisture an clotted up in the filter mesh. just an idea.

that may have a FF then, i know I ran some cleaner in one tank and everything went and clogged up the ff, but damn was my tank clean after that.

so what your saying is......
the injector cleaner i ran could have plugged up the Fuel Filter? well the CEL was on before that, but i didn't know that could happen
If that's the case then it's probably not the filter.

It could be what's keeping it running like that...
What's your mileage and the last fuel filter change?
There's not much else we'll be able to say until we get the codes
