Changing Color Lights

Ok. I did a search two times before posting this and I couldn't find anything on here about this subject.


On another forum someone posted pictures of their from headlights changing colors (like the color of the rainbow). Where can I find those and how much do they generally run. Are they illegal in any states?

I would guess EBay and No they are not legal.

There was a thread on here about them. As usual I can't find it.

I saw some a few years back. I think Plasmaglow was who made them. If I remember right, they looked a different color depending on the angle you saw them..
