so i got a 04 ford f-250 with the 5.4 v8 and i was looking at the exhaust today and it looks like there is only one big cat on it but on my f-150 there is or was four cats on it. was i seeing right?

One? Ford restricted the pipes on the y then.

yeah one pipe on the Y was really tiny looking
i do think that is correct, they collect and the converter is on the passenger side of transmission? i very confident V10s were like that.... not so sure about the 5.4s....

yeah its just one cat about the size of a football. i had never seen an exhaust setup like that one is. im going to be redoing it soon so it will flow a little better than it does now

ok cool. I was going to put pictures up today but ran out of day light so the pictures will have to go up next weekend. damn winter time sucks the days are to short
