Eh Im not a big fan of painting interior. Makes it look too chintzy IMO.

I think doing accent pieces can look good and add just enough imo.

Since you don't drive it in the winter, what is the point of sticking $1k into a 2nd set of tires?

I'd just keep the 2nd set for "storage" so your good tires/rims don't get flat spots/see salt from washing other vehicles in the garage.

For looks

The 2nd set is on the truck now for winter, and thats why i have them. So the predators can sit in the basement lol.

But the bottom line is i just can't decide. I've been thinking about what to do since november  I want the body paint work done, but its things that i really only notice, but i think a little more appearance mods would set it off more.
Like I said, I just can't see the point of spending a lot of money on the second set :dunno:.

You're just like me and the small imperfections drive you crazy!

What else are you thinking for appearance (other than the PTM valance and bumper cap)? (step bars, brush guard, stainless rocker panels :jester:)

If you're not going for appearance right now, I really like how Carl's idea sounds (cam and torque converter) and maybe along with a nice exhaust.

By appearance i mean PTM lower valence and rear bumper plastics, also the onstar antenna. Those items i was thinking about having done.

haha chrome rockers lol. Good one

I was just looking at vids on youtube of cammed 5.3's, and they sound pretty badass.

I like what you are doing with the black suede... but PLEASE don't **** up that beautiful interior by painting pieces green. I just don't think that a tan interior really lends itself to green accents, or anything besides black for that matter.

It just seems that the textured tan would clash too much with random pieces of dark metallic green, IMHO.
