It would call me a puss if I asked it to heat at that temp

Heat will melt it...
Pour about a gallon of gasoline evenly over the affected surface...
Stand back a little bit and throw a "LIT" match on it...
I guarantee all of it will then be off of the car...![]()

I've never seen anything like this on my car. It's sort of hard and white.
I really don't think it's bird shit. It's literally everywhere though and I need to know how to get it off.
Ideas?
