I have bought a TON of stuff from them. I was really never bothered by their shipping because I chose ground shipping and I know how long that takes. All of my orders shipped that day or the day after I ordered (not including weekends). I've never had a single problem with their parts or the customer service.

I don't buy a tremendous amount of stuff from them... but what I have bought.. there was never any problem...

Good point. I guess we all secretly want it cheap and want it now. It's not gonna happen though.

The stuff I bought from them always came in correctly and packaged well. That's pretty important.

Every time I used them, the shipping was very timely, regardless of what warehouse the parts shipped from. However, unless you select parts carefully to avoid shipping from different warehouses, the shipping charges will get quite high compared to other retailers.

People do not understand this at all... they call my work and always get transfered to me wanting a supervisor because they ordered something on monday... live in California.. and we are shipping from FL... they expect to have it on Friday.. WELL... we have large warehouses and it takes 24-48 hours processing if you dont pay the fast processing... then it's 4-5 days... idiots... drives me nuts.

You can get most anything from Summit these days, I have never had problems with them and if I have had issues with parts they have them picked up and sent back free of charge and replacement sent ASAP. The two or three times I have sent parts back I get a tracking number for the new part sent before the old one has been picked up.

Last set of wheels I ordered came in 4 days and cost $10.00 to ship all four of them!!

I bought my AC compressor from Rockauto last year. I ordered it before noon, and it was on my doorstep the very next day. I know thats not typical shipping time, but i just happen to be fairly close to one of the warehouses.
