Buying From Rockauto

Has anyone on here ever any problems when buying from them? I was buying them but stopped cause they ship everything I wanted from one warehouse and plus the ground shipping takes awhile to get to me. Thats why I started buying from Jegs. I can order from them and have it at my door in 3 days from there Ohio warehouse. Just heard alot complaints lately about the shipping from rockauto. Just wanna hear everyone else's experience.

I've only bought a few things from them, but I didn't have any problems. If I remember correctly, they were pretty slow.

Yea it seems like there shipping takes forever.

I have bought a TON of stuff from them. I was really never bothered by their shipping because I chose ground shipping and I know how long that takes. All of my orders shipped that day or the day after I ordered (not including weekends). I've never had a single problem with their parts or the customer service.

Cheap often comes at a price. In this case, slow shipping.

I guess you were looking for the cheapest prices and overnight shipping for free???

I thought the stuff would be at house at 4 days at the latest not 5 or 6 days. But yea I get your point on cheap prices and slow shipping.

5-7 days is the posted delivery expectation for ground shipping, IIRC. Sometimes you get lucky and it's shorter but the longer window should not be unexpected when the locations are so disparate.

Never had a problem. Items always received within 4 days including order date. Many times within 3 days
