Harley=AMERICA in my eyes. :tmc:
Maybe... if you ignore all of the made in China parts. Sadly the same goes for Ford and Chevy though.

I think it sucks big time. We should be able to buy an ALL AMERICAN made vehicle.

This is currently the only thing they have to offer that a Japanese motorcycle can't offer: the (stereo)typical idea of the "easy rider", strongly associated to their old models without that "twin-cam" stupidity.

so i put everything except the grips on and i am impressed. the matching of the pegs really improved the bike and the screaming Eagle II slip ons were just what the doctor ordered.

here is the after pic

i have an open header vid and a screaming eagle vid on my facebook. i will link them but no guarantees. they are very dark cause well, it was dark out. but just close your eyes and hear my voice first, then the sweet potato sound..

Not this way. I don't hate the natural progression of technology, but the twin-cam setup would make sense in an OHC engine when one cam for each cylinder would really be needed. But with OHV just one cam is enough.

so i dropped a few more Benji's at the dealer. i am finally done with the matching part of the game. now i will be upgrading things to suit my taste. i think the first thing will be the flush fuel gauge/cap and a road king headlight housing.
