Love those '62 bubble tops.

Man, no doubt! It's freakish how collectible those are now, and how much money they are worth.

My old boss did 2 of them, and built the 348 and the 409. The Venolia hand built pistons for the 409 cost him $5000

A friend of mine has a 63 SS that is supposed to have the 409. He couldn't afford to by a 409 for it. He got lucky a while back and found an old 1 1/2 ton farm truck with a 409 in it and paid 500 for the whole thing.
