I can vouch for the fact that it does mean business. Had a lady decide she was going to back into me in the Lowes parking lot the other day right after I had backed into a spot. It didn't do anything other than scratch a little powder coating off. Her bumper on the other hand will need to be replaced. Funny thing is she told me she didn't want to give me her insurance information because that is what bumpers are for. Maybe hers is, but not mine that cost close to a grand!
