How much ceiling clearance do you have?
Well the wall headers are going to be 10 foot, then I am using scissor trusses with and inside pitch of 3/12. So max clearance will be 15 foot, but at only 10 from the wall I will be at 12.5 foot clearance. It should all work out, I've crunched the numbers enough to where I am pretty confident it will be good.

I can't think of anything that hasn't already been discussed. I am looking forward to a review after you get it.

Are you purchasing it direct from the manufacturer?

Get it Jarrod....As you know I deliver auto parts to almost one hundred repair shops in my valley and almost of them have these lifts...some have two posts some have the four, some have both.Keep in mind these are pros that depend on their equipment to work & last. Most of them have the extra hydraulic lifts(one front, one rear)under the car so they can lift it up off of the ramps and free the wheels...I've seen 'em work and they are very handy. If I had the space I'd have one for sure.Nothing beats standing up beside a wheel or axle to do a brake job, there'll be no more bending over..

Oh,one more thing...the hydraulic lifts under the car are on slides so you can move 'em backwards and forwards so you can fit any car or truck.

I think these are powered by an electric motor/hydraulic pump system...no doubt 220v.

I will getting it from a place called asedeals.com, gonna be a few months though before my garage gets closed in.

Thanks for the input Gary, should be pretty cool and I'm glad you talked about the sliding jacks. I read about them but it's nice to hear it from someone that has seen them in action.

Those jacks work great, they are air hydraulic I believe. The mechanics always connect an air hose to them.......man I'm getting jealous :( I've wanted one for a long time.

I have wanted one for a long time too. Just finally decided to get off my ass and design and build a new garage. Plans are being professionally done up now so the process is just getting started here. Should be fun.
