do you seriously think the Fuckus is a refined car? It's a car designed primarily as an economy car that they through a turbo and AWD on.

Is it fun to drive? maybe....for about 15 minutes. But it's still a 4-banger shitbox. I'll pass.

I have driven a focus, it was awful though mainly because the clunky piece of shit auto they put in them. So this might not be too bad.

Though I'll admit it's probably faster then anything I'll ever own, engine sound plays a major role in cars and I can't stand the noise I4s make. Also, its faster then I'll ever use. IMO as far as engine sounds, I4s = cheap, V6s = appliance (yes, I own one), I6s are nice and smooth but still aplliances, and V8s = music.

The Focus ST is a blast to drive, and yes I've driven one. Actually considered it as my dd, only problem was it was too small. So I'm sure the RS will be a fun ass little pocket rocket to scoot around in. Would I drop 42k for it? Hell no, and that was another reason I passed on the ST. The ST with the Recaro package was almost 30k. Which is still too high for a Focus imo. I'm guessing the folks that feel they absolutely positively must have V8's are the same people those goofy ass full size pickup truck commercials are geared towards. Men having to prove they're even more "manly" than the next man.
