Yes high quality and with the locking tailgate feature of my Silverado it is a perfect combination. As long as you remember to lock the gate. I can have thousands of dollars of products in the bed and nobody knows.

No I have not, but I did actually realize that the logo was just a really good quality vinyl. I will get it off eventually. I thought it was painted on it looked so good but I caught it with a microfiber and one tiny edge lifted.

So Jarrod, I saw that some inner rails might have to be removed on Nissan Titans (tis true, my Dad doesnt own a GM). Did you have to mod anything on your bed.

No Jenna I didn't have to remove or mod anything. The cover came with some shims that made it fit well. There might be an issue with trucks that have caps but I can't swear to it.
