I was just wondering if anyone that has HID's has had to replace their bulbs yet.

The reason I ask is I'm having a slight problem with one of my bulbs.

I have. I bought replacement bulbs from DDM and have had zero problems with them.

How long did they last you Tobias?

Well, when I had my one ballast go bad from DDM, I think it put a lot of stress and shock on that bulb. Now that bulb takes 3 to 4 times longer to fully warm up.

Do you think I should just buy a new set of bulbs and be done with it?

If you got the ballasts and bulbs from DDM, call them up. They have great customer service. I had a ballast go bad, called them up, walked me through some troubleshooting steps and determined it wasn't the bulb, but the ballast. 1 week turn around and had a few ballast. Remember, their stuff is lifetime warranty.

Yep, they replaced my faulty ballast with no problem at all. However, now I think that bad ballast has caused that bulb to prematurely "age". I think for $12.50+shipping, I'll just order another set, or maybe 2, to be safe.

Well that's why I think the bad ballast hurt that bulb. I've only had these in since July 4th and I don't use them all that much. I know that you guys have had them for a lot longer than that.

I've had mine for just as long, or a bit longer I think, and knock on wood I haven't had any troubles.
