Since it is a spare rim, is it rated the same as the standard wheels? Reason being that it is an option for me later on down the road to collect 4 of these and change out what I have now. I still like to haul the ocational load of heavy items in my truck and would want to use something that is rated for that.

Yeah, lighter wheels and tires FTW. Those should net you a couple tenths for sure. I wanted to eventually get a set of 17" tb wheels and tires to run hemikiller at the track without the 80lb 20"s on. I would of been close to that 12.99 for sure. I'm surprised what a difference rotating mass really makes.

Well Umberto's giving me his old lugs when he gets his new wheels, and I'll figure something out for center caps. Not trying to spend much money on them though. I'll probably just paint the hubs black for now.

Off to the track after work today, hopefully I return with good news.
