ABS - anti-lock braking system

My old Mazda B2600i had that...

But something in the brakes was messed... When it lowered the pressure on the rear brakes, it went to the fronts and made them lock up :lol:

Well they were Anti-Lock in the REAR,not the front:)

Yeah, but I didn't expect them to shunt the pressure to the front :lol:

It was really noticable on ice... Since it had mud tires in the back and winter tires up front...

The rears would lock up so incredibly easy, then the system would kick in, and the fronts would lock :lol:

I seriously hope that it was just something wrong with the truck :lol:

Thankfully it wasn't an emergency stop situation... And nobody was in front of me :)

I have a 2006 Silverado and the darn abs light would go on every time I made a left turn. I figured that it was either a bad sensor or possibly the hub. I took the wheel off and found that the connection had broken loose from the hub. I zipped tied it back on and everything has been working fine since then. Stupid HUH?:)
