 Seems like its been babied, going off of the paint quality and interior shots

I say do it! Great motor IMO, yes I agree you'll have to switch out part eventually but all vehicles you'll have to do that

Judging by the pics and your info seems like a decent truck. It has towed some as there is a trailer brake controller and having the owner paont the whole under side could mean a few problems not seen by the naked eye. Have to go over it with and look for anything wrong with it closely. The 7.3 are strong running rigs and when maintanced run forever. The trans is a weak link in all of the 7.3 once you make power, they are like the dodge transmissions. So with the billet parts you say it has in it I am sure it can handle some abuse here and there. Also for the turbo see what air filter he is running, a K&N or anything similir they turbo will be pitted and loose at the shaft. Bad news as a lot of guys with turbo applications have that same thing happen to them. Get rid of it asap. Check for leaks all over the truck. Drive it for a good 30-45 mins so everything gets well lubed and up to operate temps them go over it again. I would say the truck should go for $15-17k, remember it is all worth as much as someone is willing to pay for it. Some good news is it a 1999-2000? If it is the rods and such are forged so it will handle 500rwhp with ease. If it is a 2001-2003 odds are it doe snot have forged rods and they weak link in the motor. Go with a DP tuner, the best in the buiz for the 7.3 hands down! It has gauges on it which is a good thing. Just have a list of all what is done on it and will help greatly!

I say go test drive it .. drive it like you stole it and if it's all good and holds up. you got a winner (every truck i test drove i drove like my own because i want to know if it can handle it) I test drove a 04 silverado before i got my truck now and it drove great looked good everything. i took it on a back road and floored it to have all the power die. So i'm glad i was going to be stupid and see if it can hold up :D

Danhoe is the king of lifts for the Superduties and the rest looks good besides that damn filter! I would drive it for an hour or so and let it get all warmed up. I wanna say the FCIM sensor goes bad roughly $15 bucks, it is a crank sensor that randomly goes bad for some reason. Make sure it starts easy and no crank, wait crank BS! JUst look the truck over good and ask as many quesitions as you can. AS no quesition is a dumb quesition. If you are happy with it sign and drive away, just dont pay over $17K as for a few bucks more get a 6.0 and will blow the 7.3 doors off.
