Chinga Tu Madre!
I would leave the 350 in. The things you can do to a 350 and the parts avaliable will put that 460 to shame every time

Yea the 350 would be good and has lots of easy to get to parts and can rev good...but your 460 will handle the hp/torque easier-i mean you have to stress the 350 more than you do the 460 in getting same hp/torque- the 460 already has hp/torque over the 350 in stock form-so the 350 already has to be stressed to get where the 460 already is stock...but hey the 350 can handle it. What are we talking about here 100hp diffrence in stock form? You will have to add more mods to the 350 in order just to play ketch up. And if you maxed out them out within stock predimeters they make about the same hp/torque Big blocks cost to build/350 cost to mod up. Your choice bro...Id stay with the 460 like it sounded like you wanted to do-just cheering you on.![]()
How much weight diffrence is their between a bb/sb-100lbs? Stock form bb can handle 5800rpm comfortable all day-sb-what 6200? Ya think that 400 rpm going to help conpensate for the bb torque?---either "can" be made to turn 8000rpm---don't get me wrong i love my sb and i love my bb-but yea sb for hp and bb for torque. 350 has won more races on a national level than any other engine thats true they are great-but don't under estimate either. To each their own...I have them both.Yea the 350 would be good and has lots of easy to get to parts and can rev good...but your 460 will handle the hp/torque easier-i mean you have to stress the 350 more than you do the 460 in getting same hp/torque- the 460 already has hp/torque over the 350 in stock form-so the 350 already has to be stressed to get where the 460 already is stock...but hey the 350 can handle it. You also lose alot slapping a heavy ass big block with low rpm redlines into If you want PERFORMANCE then 350 is by far the way to go
