I've been knocked down drug out and left for dead
I know better than to pick a driver who is not a full time Sprint Cup driver.

I'll probably regret clarifying this, but........
The reason he didn't get points (for Fantasy Racing) is because he didn't start the race, not because he's not full-time in Cup. Ty ran the Bristol race and didn't score any Cup points, but he did score Fantasy points.

I actually AM too lazy to Choose a Custom Title
I noticed the Clown wasn't getting points when Tony was in the car, then was scored when Ty got behind the wheel. Typical FoxSports goofiness 
Drops him to 4th for the day, Jef and I move up to 2nd and 3rd. Overall standings didn't change anything but the point spread.
