I am not sure if I thought that race was boring or I was just tired because I got back at 8:30 last night from the Sahleen's 6 hour race at the glen.

I saw a list yesterday claiming that the Kentucky race is one of the most boring on the circuit. But, there haven't been many races there yet. So, I'm not sure how they would arrived at that assessment. :dunno:

id rather see them take off a couple cookie cutter places and add circuit of the america's and like limerock or road atlanta.

I hear ya. But, with ISC and SMI owning so many tracks, I don't think NASCAR has much say anymore in where the races are run. :(

North Wilkesboro and Rockingham were both bought by SMI to give Texas its two races. Kentucky got its one race by SMI cutting one of the Atlanta races.

Unless SMI or ISC gets interested in buying one of the road courses, I don't see much hope in any road courses being added to the schedule. Even if one of them did buy a road course or two, the only way it would get a race would be if whoever bought the track swapped a race from another track to the road course. Unfortunately, that seems pretty unlikely. :(

I miss those two tracks being on the circuit. :(
